Q: Where can I see your reviews? A: We share customer reviews to our story on our Instagram @footballkits and have saved them to our 'REVIEWS' story highlights on our profile. We have over 150 pictures from happy customers. Q: Will customisation be done in the correct font? A: Yes it will. For example, if you order a Chelsea 2003/04 home shirt, it will be printed in the same font it was printed in 2003/04. Q: Are the shirts true to size? A: Yes, they are standard men's sizes. Q: Are the shirts brand new? A: Yes, they are. Q: Are there any costs for shipping? A: No! It is completely free in our sale, we cover all shipping costs. Q: Do you do kids/womens sizes? A: Unfortunately not, we only do men's sizes. Q: I haven't received a confirmation email, can you help? A: Confirmation emails are automatically sent straight after we receive your order. Please check your junk/spam folder. If it isn't there then please contact us as your email may have been entered incorrectly at checkout. Q: How are you cheaper than others? A: We have a sale on at the moment and we get our shirts straight from source. Q: How are payments processed? A: All payments are made through our payment processor, Payoneer, who are SSL Certified. They securely encrypt the information you enter at checkout, meaning that they nor us will ever see your card details. All major debit/credit cards are accepted.
